Today is the first day of school and with that comes new pictures with new clothes and shoes! I always stand my kids in front of the same tree. It used to be on the front steps but it's too shady and the pictures never came out good so I changed the picture location. This year they stood there like good little soldiers. I almost got Adam to crack a smile. At least he's not scowling. LOL
Here's they are standing at attention (no I did not tell them to do that).

I took the pic at this angle to show how much he's grown (4 inches in the last year). He's 5'4" and still growing. Even his friends he hasn't seen all summer commented on his size and deeper voice when they saw him at orientation yesterday.

Here's our 8th grader, wearing a t-shirt we're not sure is appropriate for school. If it's not they'll make him turn it inside out. He bought it with his own money.

This is the first year Emily has not worn a dress on the first day of school. This is middle school after all, and she needs to look more grown up. :-(

Here's our 5th grader.

Wow...they do look so grown up! Great pics!
Aw they are so cute! Getting so big. And I think adam's shirt is cool. It does say the B word though. He could say it means baby mullet. You know bullet. hehe
